Skinny Salted Caramel Latte!

I don’t like to drink my calories (I’d rather have them wrapped up in a brownie – thank you very much), but I love a good latte. I have tried having my coffee without sweetener, but it’s pure torture for me.

Skinny Salted Caramel Latte!

With two little ladies at home, I can’t jump in my car and run up to starbucks whenever I feel like it. So I really love having tasty skinny latte recipes to make here at home instead and this is one of my new favorites!

This Skinny Salted Caramel Latte is great served hot or cold and is quick to whip up. You can also make a mocha latte by using a low fat chocolate syrup instead. Make sure and check below the recipe to enter to win a prize pack from Pure Via!

Skinny Salted Caramel Latte

Recipe Note: You can serve this warm or hot! It’s delicious both ways!

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup 1% milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar free caramel topping
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Via Stevia Liquid Sweetener (or 2 packets Pure Via Sweetener)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons light prepared whipped topping
  • Dash coarse sea salt

Directions:

Combine coffee, milk, caramel topping, Pure Via and vanilla. Whisk until well blended. Serve over ice, topped with whipped topping and a sprinkle of sea salt.
