I don’t like to drink my calories (I’d rather have them wrapped up in a brownie – thank you very much), but I love a good latte. I have tried having my coffee without sweetener, but it’s pure torture for me.

Enter Pure Via. I first discovered Pure Via from a girlfriend of mine, Audra, and I have been hooked every since! It has zero calories and is made with all-natural stevia (a natural plant). Plus, unlike some other stevia sweeteners, it is GMO free.

Pure Via has granules and liquid sweeteners — they even have a vanilla flavored one!

With two little ladies at home, I can’t jump in my car and run up to Starbucks whenever I feel like it. So I really love having tasty skinny latte recipes to make here at home instead and this is one of my new favorites!

This Easy Latte Is Delicious Hot Or Cold

Skinny Salted Caramel Latte

This Skinny Salted Caramel Latte recipe is delicious, easy to make and perfect when you need a little pick-me-up.It's great served both hot and cold!

  • 3/4 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1/4 cup 1% milk
  • 3 tablespoons sugar free caramel topping
  • 2 teaspoons Pure Via Stevia Liquid Sweetener (or 2 packets Pure Via Sweetener)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons light prepared whipped topping
  • Dash coarse sea salt


Combine coffee, milk, caramel topping, Pure Via and vanilla. Whisk until well blended. Serve over ice, topped with whipped topping and a sprinkle of sea salt.


Note: You can serve this warm or hot! It's delicious both ways!
