Why air fry it?

Air-frying creates a crisp, almost seared texture to the outside of each fillet. The circulating air sizzles the oil on the outside of the fish, giving it a "fried" effect. It's also quick! This recipe takes less than 10 minutes to cook, and has great flavor and texture.


Salmon Olive Oil Salt & Pepper Dijon Honey Garlic Smoked Paprika

Step 1. Rub the salmon with oil, and season with salt and pepper.

Step 2. Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl for the sauce.

Step 3. Place the salmon filets in the air fryer basket and coat with sauce.

Step 4. Air fry for 8 minutes, then check for doneness. It should flake easily apart.

This salmon can be served in so many ways!  Try it on a burger bun, atop a bed of greens, or alongside your favorite veggies or pasta.
