WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Brown Sugar Light Corn Syrup Kosher Salt Heavy Cream Unsalted Butter Vanilla Extract Toasted Pecans

Step 1. Add brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt to a pot over medium-high heat. Stir to help sugar dissolve.

Step 2. Once the sugar is dissolved, slowly drizzle in the heavy cream, stirring constantly.

Step 3. Stir in the butter. Continue stirring until a candy thermometer reads 245 degrees.

Step 4. Remove the pot from heat and stir in the vanilla and pecans.

Step 5. Use a cookie scoop to scoop the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.

These chewy, buttery pecan bites have just the right amount of sweetness, and they're perfect for holiday gifting!
