Cinnamon Swirl Bread

You'll need milk, water, bread flour, and a few other simple ingredients to make this easy recipe.

Step 1. Combine milk, water, yeast, sugar, dry ingredients, and butter in a stand mixer, and knead for 10 minutes.

Step 2. Form dough into a ball and place it in a greased mixing bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise.

Step 3. Mix sugar and cinnamon for filling. Then divide the dough and roll each half into rectangles.

Step 4. Brush rectangles with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Roll up, and place in loaf pans.

Step 5. Let the loaves rise some, then bake at 350°F until golden and fully cooked.
