Easy Chicken Alfredo

This is an easy weeknight recipe that’s worthy of a special occasion! Juicy chicken goes perfectly with tender pasta and garlicky Parmesan cream sauce.

Step 1. Oil and season the chicken breasts.  Cook in a cast-iron skillet for 5-7 minutes per side.

Step 2. Boil the fettuccine in salted water until al-dente, then drain well.

Step 3. Melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.

Step 4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.  Reduce heat, add the parmesan and stir until melted.

Step 5. Toss the cooked pasta with the sauce. Top with sliced chicken, and garnish with fresh parsley.

Making this dish is so simple, you’ll want to make it every week.  Serve with a fresh salad or side veggie, and enjoy!
