This easy Instant Pot Tomato Soup is a creamy, robust tomato soup made with fresh basil and red bell peppers that add depth and flavor to this simple dish.

Step 1. Set your Instant Pot to sauté, and add the olive oil, garlic, and onions to the pot.

Step 2. Add the carrots to the pot and let them sauté. Then dump in the tomatoes and bell pepper.

Step 3. Pour the chicken stock over everything and stir.

Step 4. Scoop in the tomato paste and stir well.

Step 5. Add the fresh basil leaves to the mixture.

Step 6. Cook on High pressure for 15 minutes. In the meantime, make the cheesy baguette slices.

Step 7. Use a handheld immersion blender to puree the soup until it is completely smooth.

Step 8. Stir in the cream fraiche and season the soup to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve your Tomato Soup warm with toasted cheesy baguettes, and enjoy!
