EASY MINI PUMPKIN PIES

These mini pies are a creative and fun way to serve a traditional dessert!   They have a perfect contrast of flavor and texture in every bite.  Sweet and creamy pie filling in a buttery flaky crust with a bit of crunch.  

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Pie Crust Pumpkin Puree Sweetened Condensed Milk Eggs Pumpkin Spice Salt Whipped Cream

Step 1. Roll out the pastry dough.  Use a round cookie cutter to cut mini pie crusts, and place them in the pan.

Step 2. Mix the filling ingredients together in a bowl, and fill each pie crust almost to the top.

Step 3. Bake the pies for about 10 minutes, then lower the temperature and cook for 10 more minutes.

Step 4. Let them cool before serving.  And don't forget the whipped cream!

These mini pies will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, so they are a great make-ahead dessert for a party!
