Slow Cooker Cheesy Taco Pasta

What is cheesy taco pasta?

Creamy, cheesy pasta is combined with ground beef, black beans, corn, and taco seasoning to create a delicious, kid-pleasing recipe that's picky-eater approved!

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

You'll need ground beef, salsa, chilies, and a few other simple ingredients to make this easy recipe.

Step 1. Brown ground beef in a skillet or pot with salt and pepper, then drain excess fat.

Step 2. Combine ingredients in slow cooker and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.

Step 3. Boil shell pasta until just al dente. Then reserve 1 cup of cooking water, and drain the rest.

Step 4. Stir in cream cheese, Velveeta, shell pasta, and reserved pasta water and cook on high for 20 minutes.

Step 5. Turn off the slow cooker, adjust seasonings, and add shredded Mexican cheese to the pasta.
