WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Flour Pumpkin Spice Baking Soda Salt Pumpkin Granulated Sugar Brown Sugar Large Eggs Vegetable Oil

Step 1. Preheat the oven.  Grease a 9x5 loaf pan and line with parchment paper so it hangs over the sides.

Step 2. Whisk the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside.

Step 3. In a separate bowl, whisk the pumpkin and sugars.  Then, add eggs, vanilla and oil.

Step 4. Slowly add the flour mixture to the pumpkin mixture, and pour into prepared pan.

Step 5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

This sweet quick bread is perfect for breakfast or for an afternoon snack!  Serve warm with a little butter on top.
