Notes
Storing and Freezing: This homemade granola will keep for about two weeks in an airtight container at room temperature. Or freeze it in an airtight container for up to 6 months.Homemade Pumpkin Pie Spice: Need to make your own pumpkin spice? Here’s my easy recipe: 2 tablespoons of ground cinnamon, and half a teaspoon each of ground ginger, nutmeg, and cloves. Store this at room temperature in an airtight container.Apples: Dried apples are amazing here. I recommend crushing up apple chips!Nutty Delight: Mix in chopped almonds, walnuts, and pecans for even more healthy fat and a great nutty crunch.Coconut Bliss: Toss in shredded coconut and white chocolate chips – your tastebuds will thank you, believe me.Nutritional Note: Nutrition facts are only estimates.
