Blackberry Cobbler is seriously the best summer dessert. Sweet and tart blackberry filling paired with a crumbly, buttery topping and vanilla ice cream!

Ingredients
4cupsblackberries, or any fresh berries!
2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
1tablespooncornstarch
1(13.25 oz) boxyellow or vanilla cake mix
1tablespooncinnamon
½cup (1 stick) butter, thinly sliced
Ice cream, for serving

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9”x13” baking dish with butter or non stick spray.
Toss blackberries with sugar and cornstarch. Spread evenly in bottom of baking dish.
Whisk together cake mix and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly on top of berries.
Layer butter evenly on top.
Bake until the cake is golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes.
Serve with more fresh berries over ice cream, powdered sugar or whipped cream.
