What is triple coconut cheesecake?

This easy recipe made with cream cheese and coconut milk is a tropical dessert that will make you feel pampered. Plus, it has all kinds of coconut in the crust, filling, and topping!


You'll need graham cracker crumbs, coconut, and a few other simple ingredients to make this easy recipe.

Step 1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, sugar, shredded coconut and melted butter.

Step 2. Scoop into a springform pan and press along the bottom and up the sides. Then bake.

Step 3. Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl, or the bowl of a stand mixer, until smooth and soft.

Step 4. Add the remaining ingredients and continue beating until smooth. Then pour into crust and bake.

Step 5. Toast shredded or flaked coconut in the oven or in a skillet, then allow it to cool.

Step 6. Beat together heavy whipping cream, confectioners’ sugar, and coconut milk and extract.

Step 7. Spread a thick layer of the whipped cream on top and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes.
