Overnight Breakfast Casserole with Sausage and Bacon
This overnight Breakfast Casserole is quick to prep the night before and easy to bake the next morning. Loaded with eggs, sausage, bacon and cheese, plus a crispy, cheesy top!

Ingredients
6large eggs
2cupswhole milk
1teaspoonmustard
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonfreshly cracked pepper
6slicesof white bread, cubed
1 ½cupshredded cheddar cheese, plus more for topping if desired
16ozbreakfast sausage, cooked and drained
8ozbacon, cooked and chopped

Instructions
Grease a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray, set aside.
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add the milk, mustard, salt, and pepper, and stir until combined. Fold in the bread cubes, cheese, cooked sausage and bacon.
Pour into prepared baking dish and cover and place in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight.
Remove casserole from the refrigerator 30 minutes before baking and let rest on the counter. While casserole sits, preheat oven to 350°F.
Bake uncovered for 40 minutes, until knife inserted comes out clean Serve immediately.
Store any leftovers in refrigerator and reheat using microwave, but best served fresh.
