Ingredients
¼cupolive oil
3clovesgarlic, minced
1teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
1poundfresh green beans, ends trimmed
½cupfreshly grated parmesan cheese, divided
4tablespoonbutter, melted

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, and set it aside.
In a large bowl, whisk the olive oil, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper to combine. Add the green beans, and toss to coat.
Spread the green beans out on your prepared baking sheet, and sprinkle half of the parmesan over them.
Bake for 10 minutes. Next, take the sheet pan out of the oven, stir the green beans, and drizzle the butter over the top. Sprinkle on the remaining parmesan cheese.
Bake again for 10 more minutes, or until the green beans are tender.
Garnish with more parmesan cheese, if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
I don’t recommend storing these in the freezer, but they can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days in an airtight container.
Reheat the green beans by baking them again for about 10 minutes. You can also reheat them in the microwave, but they won’t have as good a texture that way.
