Ingredients
2garlic cloves, minced
1tablespoonextra virgin olive oil
2tablespoonsdijon mustard
1tablespoonhoney
1tablespoonbrown sugar
1teaspoonred wine vinegar
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonpepper
1teaspoonchopped fresh rosemary
1 ½poundsboneless, skinless chicken breasts
½lemon
Instructions
Combine the garlic, oil, mustard, vinegar, honey, brown sugar, salt, pepper and rosemary in a shallow dish or large ziplock bag.
Add the chicken and turn to coat. Allow to marinate chilled for at least one hour or, up to 24 hours.
Prepare grill. Grill chicken breasts 5-7 minutes per side, or until an internal temperature of 165°F has been reached.
Remove from grill and cover with aluminum foil. Allow to rest 5 minutes, then top with the juice of 1/2 a lemon before serving.

Storage
Fridge: Store leftover grilled rosemary honey mustard chicken in a shallow airtight container, in your refrigerator. It will keep for 3 - 4 days.
Freeze: This chicken can be frozen in an airtight container for up to 3 months. I like to wrap each breast with foil or saran wrap and then place them in a freezer friendly ziplock bag.
