In a small bowl, whisk together the milk and coffee granules. Set aside.
Beat the cream cheese, sugar and cocoa powder until smooth. Add the coffee mixture and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined. Fold in Creme Chantilly by hand.
Pour the filling into the crust, cover and freeze for at least 3 hours. Before serving your pie, remove it from the freezer and top it with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
