This adorable recipe for Grinch Fudge is sure to be a hit with the kids this Christmas season! This white chocolate fudge recipe is easily customizable, too - just add your favorite extracts and mix-ins.
Chopped cookies, Oreos, Nilla Wafers, Graham Crackers, etc
Instructions
Line an 8x8” baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Continuously stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth and well combined.
Stir in 8-10 drops of green food coloring, until well incorporated and no streaks of white remain. Fold in any optional flavorings you would like now. (Stirring too vigorously will allow more air into the mixture causing air pockets that create holes once the fudge is set. So try not to over-stir.)
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan. Gently press 25 red heart sprinkles approximately 1 inch apart into the top of the fudge. Refrigerate for at least two hours until set.
Once set, remove the fudge from the pan by lifting up the parchment paper, and cut into 16 squares.
Notes
Storage:
Fridge: Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Freeze: Grinch fudge can be frozen for up to three months. I like to wrap my fudge with plastic wrap, and then place it in a freezer-safe zip-top bag. Thaw in the refrigerator before serving.
