halved (or quarter for the larger ones)

olive oil

garlic cloves

minced

minced fresh rosemary

kosher salt

freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Roast potatoes in oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until outsides are lightly browned and potatoes are fork tender. Serve immediately!
