Sweet Potato Pie Dip

Sweet Potato Pie Dip tastes like a classic sweet potato pie, but in scoopable form! It is so light, fluffy, perfectly spiced, and downright addictive when served with a gingersnap or graham cracker.
Ingredients
- 2 cups mashed sweet potato, I like to blend mine until smooth like a puree
- 1 (3.4 oz) package instant vanilla pudding
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 4 oz marshmallow fluff
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed, or homemade whipped cream

Instructions
- In a large bowl, stir to combine sweet potato, (dry) vanilla pudding, cinnamon, and marshmallow fluff.
- Fold in the Cool Whip with a wooden spoon or spatula, just until the mixture is smooth and combined. Try not to over-stir so it stays fluffy.
- Serve immediately, or cover and allow to set in refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving.
