I do get a ton of emails on a daily basis, but I always try my best to respond! Since I am super busy between the twins and recipe work — please keep the following in mind:

1. If you have a question about a recipe, please check out the comments to see if your question has already been answered. Plus if you ask the question there, everyone will benefit from the answer!

2. I’m currently not accepting any guest posts, but thank you for wanting to contribute!

3. I do not post nutritional information on any recipes. I find the exact ingredients used always vary and that greatly changes the nutritional information. Also, I am not a licensed dietician.
