Now if you have a craving a Chick Fil A Milkshake on a Sunday, you don’t have to go without!

You can also add whip cream and a cherry on top, but it’s optional, not necessary!

If there’s one drive thru you will always see my big Mom SUV in, it’s Chick Fil A.

And if I’m having a bad day, you can expect me to order the chicken strips with Chick Fil A sauce and my favorite Chick Fil A Cookies & Cream Milkshake.

Jorge and I are obsessed with this milkshake and have been for years. We usually get one to split and then fight over it the whole way home.

Over the years I have worked on perfecting the perfect Copycat Chick Fil A Cookies & Cream Milkshake.

It took some time and work, but I finally have it down to a science and am ready to share the recipe!

Vanilla ice cream being scooped into a blender.

French Vanilla Ice Cream

I will only use french vanilla ice cream and always add a little extra vanilla extract to my cookies & cream milkshake.

But the biggest and best tip? You have to let the ice cream sit on the counter and melt a little before using it.

I let mine sit on the counter for about 10 minutes. You know it’s ready to go when you can easily measure it out in a measuring cup.

And I always use a powerful blender so it blends smoothly and quickly. Giving you the perfect texture!
