Prime Fresh Deli Platter

If you haven’t heard of them yet, Prime Fresh is a new product on the market from Smithfield.

They have six different flavors and their lunch meats stay fresher longer than other lunch meat “grab n’ go” packages.

It has a transparent film package that allows you to see the premium freshness right through the packaging!

Prime Fresh products are also gluten free, have no MSG and are made with whole muscle meats.

I love Prime Fresh because it makes grocery shopping easier for me.

I don’t have to wait in line, their products are already slice and ready to grab and go saving me a lot of time in the store!

Having the freshest lunch meat, from Prime Fresh, ready to go in my fridge really helps me to stay on track.

I love that Prime Fresh helps me make the healthier — and easier — choice for my family.

Here in Florida, we love a good Cuban sandwich and it’s one of my most missed lunches when I am eating low carb.

One day I had a real craving for one from our favorite local sandwich shop and I couldn’t get it out of my mind.

Jorge pointed out that we already had all the main components in our fridge. We had the Prime Fresh Smoked Ham, shredded lettuce, dill pickles and yellow mustard.

He suggested we try to make some kind of salad, but I thought maybe we could make a low carb wrap instead!

Now we make these Cuban Ham Roll Ups weekly and store them in the fridge in an airtight container.

They stay fresh for up to a week and you can reach in and grab a couple out whenever you need lunch or a healthy low carb snack.

Every Sunday you will find us in the kitchen meal prepping our Cuban Ham Roll Ups for the week.

The girls even get in on the fun and like helping stab them with the toothpicks. ;-)

I hope your family loves these Cuban Ham Roll Ups as much as our does!

If you aren’t a ham fan, they would also be great with Prime Fresh Oven Roasted Turkey Breast or Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Breast. The options are endless!
