Halloween is one of my absolute favorite holidays.

It ties right up there with Christmas and Thanksgiving, so it should be no surprise that I like making fun Halloween desserts.

You know, like these Chocolate Pretzel Spiders, Vampire Cupcakes and Monster Cupcakes!

I loved how incredibly easy these are to put together, but what I really love is the raspberry buttercream!

I was eating it by the spoonful. I had to force myself to save some to make the pound cake sandwiches with!

You can make your own poundcake or use a store bought one and cut ghosts out of it.

I used this cookie cutter because it’s flat on the bottom so they could stand.

Then you fill them with red raspberry buttercream and add on some eyes and a mouth with black buttercream. And that’s it!
