No-Bake Creamsicle Pie is a refreshing dessert that brings together the brightness of citrus, the creaminess of whipped cream, the tang of orange yogurt, and a hint of crunch from the graham crust. A perfect tribute to the iconic creamsicle, this easy pie is a celebration of summer in dessert form.

No-Bake Creamsicle Pie
Growing up I spent my Summer’s chasing down the ice cream man for a Bluebell Dream Bar — which is the Bluebell version of a Creamsicle. I am a sucker for citrus desserts and the orange and cream combo is one of my favorites.
This Creamsicle Pie is just like my favorite popsicle, but you know — it’s a glorious no-bake pie instead! You can have this whole pie whipped up and in the fridge in just under 10 minutes. Then let it set up for an hour and it’s ready for a party!
No-Bake Creamsicle Pie
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons Dixie Crystals Confectioners Powdered Sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup water
- 1 (3 oz) package orange jello mix
- 2 (6 oz) containers orange flavored yogurt
- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust

It says to use balloon beater. I have only a hand mixer. Do you think that will be ok?
Yes! Just don’t over beat it and fold in the cream by hand.
Definitely dessert first than dinner!
